Back at the beginning of this year, before vaccines were available and so many people had lost their jobs, I was chewing on what I could do to help.
Many of these folks were not in a position to hire me as a private coach, and most were trying to navigate a really complicated job market. Zoom interviews, a timeline from application to offer that had doubled in many industries, getting “ghosted” by recruiters and the unknowns around remote work are just some of the obstacles out there right now.
So how could I get some good advice out there to the greatest number of people? The obvious answer was to go on some podcasts that are focused on these issues.
