I went to Sarah because I needed help in making a career pivot and I had very little experience in the job market. From the beginning, the relationship felt like a partnership. Sarah took the time to listen to me and to understand my motives and potential. From there, we collaborated on a game plan, which combined Sarah’s tried and true methods with what I knew about my own preferences and strengths. As my search progressed, we would revisit our strategies and make changes where appropriate.
